Sarah Connor, as played by Linda Hamilton.

Now I can't speak for your area, but in my area of the country, the home school parents that I am familiar with have an abhorant fear of firearms and would never lets their kids around them.

Also, the title should have been "Girl Strips an AR15. Field stripping IMO requires doing it "IN THE FIELD" not on some nice neat table with a towel. All nice and neat, but nothing more then just a parlor trick like solving a rubiks cube in record time. Now if the girl is able to 1 shot kill a deer at 100 yards with the rifle then she has something. Until then I just roll my eyes in amusement.

1) Your area must then have an "abhorrent" fear of the 4-H Club: http://www.springsrodandgunclub.org/Club4H.htm

2) "Girl Strips" and you would have posted a complaint of a misleading and sensationalized title. LOL.

No you got me wrong. Guns are very prevelant in my home area and highly thought of. It is the HOME SCHOOL crowd in my area that has a disdain for firearms.

I respectfully disagree, the term "field strip" refers to a certain level of disassembly, not where the disassembly occurs. For an opposite example, you could take the trigger group down to the component springs while sitting on a sand dune but that wouldn't make it a "field strip" operation.
